Information you provide

Our quote form asks for your name, telephone number, email address, property address, approximate lawn size, and any notes you choose to provide. Please do not include payment card details, government identifiers, or other sensitive information in the form.

How information is used

We use submitted information to respond to inquiries, evaluate service requests, prepare estimates, and communicate about requested services. Submitting a quote request does not subscribe you to a marketing mailing list.

Service providers

Formspree processes and stores form submissions and sends email notifications. Cloudflare hosts the website and may process technical information such as IP addresses and request logs to deliver and protect the site. Google Workspace handles our business email. The site also loads fonts from Google Fonts, which requires your browser to contact Google. These providers process information under their own policies.

Sharing

We do not sell quote-request information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting the purposes described above, or when required by law.

Cookies and analytics

This version of the website does not include advertising pixels or a separately installed analytics script. Hosting, form processing, and anti-spam services may use cookies or similar technology as part of their services.

Retention and security

Inquiry information may remain in our email and form-processing systems for follow-up, business records, and applicable legal obligations. No internet transmission or storage system is guaranteed to be completely secure.

Your requests

You may email us to ask about, correct, or request deletion of information you submitted. We may need to verify your request and retain records where needed for legal obligations.
